Ingredients

Acid: citric acid; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; magnesium carbonate, bulking agent: sorbitol; corn starch, flavouring, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin; colour: riboflavin.

Directions

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml). For increased magnesium requirements, 2 tablets may be taken spread throughout the day.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. May have a laxative effect. Consult a doctor before use if kidney function is impaired. Avoid other magnesium sources or magnesium-fortified foods. Not suitable for children or adolescents.
