Pre-Order from Germany – Terms & Guidelines

Our company regularly imports food and home essnetial products from Germany every month. If there’s a specific German product you’re looking for that we don’t currently carry, you can place a pre-order with us.

We will source the item directly from our trusted German suppliers and include it in our next shipment. As a pre-order customer, you’ll enjoy better pricing compared to regular retail purchases.

📋 Pre-Order Rules:

  1. Safety First:
    For safety and regulatory reasons, we only accept products ordered through our own suppliers. We do not accept any personal items or products you purchase independently.

  2. Minimum Order Quantity:
    If the item you want is not part of our usual product range, you may need to order in carton quantities, as this is often the minimum order size from our suppliers.

  3. Minimum Order Value:
    The minimum order amount for pre-orders is S$200.
  4. Estimated Delivery Time:
    Delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks from the date of your order. Products from DM (Drogerie Markt) usually arrive faster, within 2–3 weeks.

  5. Restricted Items:
    We do not accept orders for products classified as air or sea freight hazardous goods.

  6. Not Available for Pre-Order:
    At this time, we do not accept pre-orders for alcohol, meat, fresh or frozen items.

 

🛒 Example:

If you'd like to pre-order Vitalis Chocolate Muesli 600g, the minimum order quantity is 1 carton (6 boxes).
Our usual retail price is S$13.90 per box, but if you pre-order, you’ll only pay S$10 per box — however, you must order at least 6 boxes in one go.

Once we place the order with our supplier, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. You’ll need to wait until the shipment arrives before receiving your items.
