Ingredients

Acid: citric acid; calcium carbonate; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; bulking agent: sorbitol; flavourings, corn starch, maltodextrin, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin; beetroot powder, colour: riboflavin.

Directions

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml). For increased calcium requirements, 2 tablets may be taken spread throughout the day.
