Contains sodium monofluorophosphate; total fluoride content 1450 ppm.

Directions

For immediate relief, apply directly to the sensitive tooth with a fingertip and massage gently for 1 minute, up to twice daily. For lasting relief, brush all sensitive areas twice daily with a soft toothbrush.
