Ingredients

Acid: citric acid; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; bulking agent: sorbitol; flavourings, corn starch, beetroot powder, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin; maltodextrin, colour: riboflavin; cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Directions

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml). For increased Vitamin B12 requirements, 2 tablets may be taken spread throughout the day.
